Great service, really good food. Fresh, hot, and flavorful! We had the udon noodles, tofu bibimbap, and regular kimbap! All of these items were really good!

They are OPEN!! Prices are still very affordable. We ordered spicy chicken kimbap (5.50), tteokbokki/spicy rice cake (6 something), and tofu bibimbap (8.50).They came with kimchi and pasta salad.Part of the restaurant has been turned into a small grocery store, selling Korean snacks and drinks. It's very convenient for students living in the neighborhood, but the dining area is much smaller now.

Toto's Uncle Cafe is our go-to "we want a quick dinner without much fuss and we want it to be good" place after work. They're always consistently good food, well-managed at their counter, and reasonably priced for a small business serving international cuisine. Their sauces are really good for their bibimbap, and their proteins are tasty.

The best Korean restaurant in Bloomington in terms of price and convenience. Kimbaps and Cupbaps are great. Also the noodle options are great, too. Toto's serves quickly. It is owned by the same owner who owns Ami Restaurant on the 3rd street, so the food quality at Toto's is similar to Ami's.

This is such a nice little cafe! I got the seafood rice bowl. It is delicious! The staffs are friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. I will definitely come back again!

Small but mighty Ramen stand with amazing noodles and Kimbap at very reasonable prices. The dining room is small but clean and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful. Delicious noodles and broth with a spicy and sweet house hot sauce. A little out of the way but worth the drive.
